The Story Behind Mesmerizing Food
It all started when our founder Sarah was trying to recreate her grandmother's traditional Chinese dumplings from a YouTube video. After three failed attempts and a kitchen covered in flour, she realized something was missing - the personal touch, the cultural stories, and the ability to ask questions when things went wrong.
That's when the idea struck: What if we could connect people directly with the grandmothers, chefs, and home cooks who actually know these recipes by heart? What if learning to cook could be as personal and interactive as learning from family?
